Real Estate Marketing Project
I was approached by one of my real estate clients about assisting her with the sale of a 6,000 sq. ft. commercial/residential property. The property had been on the market for a few months with little traction, and my agent's client needed the property sold by early spring. To better advertise this listing in our local community, I was tasked with developing a digital marketing campaign that included a multi-day email blast, social media posts, and promoting a YouTube video that her photographer had shot for YouTube. Additionally, we created a series of mailers that could be sent out to local business owners that may be in the market for a new space, fact factsheets for upcoming showings, and a large 8ft x 4ft sign that would be placed in front of the property.
